GENERAL RULES
• Hair coloring may be completed before the competition.
• Participants may compete using either a live model.
• Before the competition begins, participants must occupy the workstation assigned to their competition number.
• During the judges' inspection, competitors must step away from their model and remain outside the competition area.
HAIR REQUIREMENTS BEFORE THE START
• Hair must be clean and dry.
• Hair must be combed straight back or parted.
• Pre-styling is prohibited.
• Hair must hang naturally.
• Pre-prepared curls, waves, braids, or finished hairstyle elements are prohibited.
• Minor trimming of hair ends during the competition is permitted.
HAIR LENGTH REQUIREMENTS
• Hair length must reach at least the shoulders or longer.
• Graduated lengths are permitted.
• The minimum difference between the shortest and longest lengths must be at least 10 cm (excluding the fringe/bangs).
HAIR COLOR
• Hair may be natural or professionally colored.
• All shades must harmonize with the overall bridal design.
• Colored sprays, temporary color products, and aerosol colorants are prohibited.
• Judges may inspect the hair color for compliance with category requirements.
TOOLS AND PRODUCTS
• All professional hairstyling tools are permitted.
• All professional styling products are permitted.
• Hairdryers, flat irons, curling irons, hot tools, brushes, and styling equipment may be used.
PROHIBITED
• Hairpieces, wigs, falls, and pre-made hair additions.
• Hair extensions of any kind.
• Internal supports, frames, wire constructions, padding, or hidden structures not created from the model's own hair.
• Decorative elements intended to conceal technical imperfections.
• Colored sprays and aerosol color products.
DECORATIONS
• Decorations may not cover more than 20% of the hairstyle.
• Accessories should complement the bridal design and must not dominate the hairstyle.
