• Create a modern evening hairstyle suitable for a gala event, special occasion, red carpet appearance, or formal celebration.
• The hairstyle must demonstrate elegance, creativity, and professional salon quality.
• Updos, half-up styles, Hollywood waves, textured styles, and glamorous evening looks are permitted.
• Hairpieces, wigs, and pre-made hairstyle elements are prohibited.
• Hair extensions may be used provided they are professionally integrated into the final design and do not exceed 30% of the total hairstyle volume.
• A maximum of three decorative accessories is permitted.
• Decorative accessories should complement the hairstyle and must not dominate the overall design.
• Clothing, makeup, and accessories should support the overall image and concept.
GENERAL RULES
• Hair coloring may be completed prior to the competition.
• Participants may compete using either a live model or a mannequin.
• Hair must be clean and dry before the start of the competition.
• Hair may be worn down, combed back, or parted.

MANNEQUIN REQUIREMENTS
• Any initial hair color is permitted.
• Hair must be at least 90% natural human hair.
• Mannequin must have a neck or neck and shoulders.
• Makeup is permitted.
• A tripod stand is required.
HAIR LENGTH
• Hair length must be shoulder length or longer.
• Graduated lengths are permitted.
TOOLS AND PRODUCTS
• All professional styling tools are permitted.
