Participants must create:
• An artistic and innovative nail shape with 3-D elements (on fingers),
• A complete visual concept, including hand pose, styling, background, and lighting.
Allowed:
Any professional materials may be used to complete the nails, including acrylic, any type of gel (3-D, 4-D, sculpting, topcoat), acrylic paints, gel paints, and gel polishes.
Airbrushing and accessories such as rhinestones, glitter, and foils are allowed, but must not exceed 20% of the total nail design.
