• The competition is open to both male and female models.
• The model must arrive with the haircut, hair color, and styling approximately 80% completed.
• The Hair Tattoo design must be created and refined during the competition time.
COMPETITION REQUIREMENTS
• A minimum of 50% of the design area must consist of a visible Hair Tattoo pattern.
• The Hair Tattoo design must be the primary focus of the work.
• Any number of colors may be used.
• Natural, fashion, and creative colors are permitted.
• Hair markers, temporary color products, and colored sprays are permitted only if applied during competition time.
• The haircut, color, and overall styling should demonstrate creativity, originality, and strong visual impact.
• Hair length within the Hair Tattoo area must not exceed 1 cm.
• Hair outside the Hair Tattoo area must be styled in a manner that does not conceal the design.
• Buns, braids, texture, curls, and creative styling techniques are permitted outside the design area.
• Hair extensions, decorative accessories, clips, pins, and ornaments are prohibited.
• All professional haircutting, shaving, coloring, and styling tools are permitted.
• Clothing, makeup, and accessories should complement the overall concept without distracting from the Hair Tattoo design.
