The use of various modern techniques in sculpted design is allowed. The design should occupy 50%-70% of the artificial nail. Filing can be done using either a file or e-file. The use of oils is allowed.<o:p></o:p>

Dual Forms & Aqua Design.Div3

The shape and length of the tips are at the competitor’s discretion. Tips can be either purchased or handmade. Allowed materials include acrylic and watercolor paints, nail polishes, satin and glossy finishes, colored gel polishes, gel paints, airbrush, and top gel coatings.
