• Create a modern evening hairstyle suitable for a gala event, special occasion, red carpet appearance, or formal celebration. • The hairstyle must demonstrate elegance, creativity, and professional salon quality. • Updos, half-up styles, Hollywood waves, textured styles, and glamorous evening looks are permitted. • Hairpieces, wigs, and pre-made hairstyle elements are prohibited. • Hair extensions may be used provided they are professionally integrated into the final design and do not exceed 30% of the total hairstyle volume. • A maximum of three decorative accessories is permitted. • Decorative accessories should complement the hairstyle and must not dominate the overall design. • Clothing, makeup, and accessories should support the overall image and concept.<o:p></o:p>GENERAL RULES<o:p></o:p>• Hair coloring may be completed prior to the competition. • Participants may compete using either a live model or a mannequin. • Hair must be clean and dry before the start of the competition. • Hair may be worn down, combed back, or parted. • Pre-styling, pre-curling, pre-ironing, and pre-constructed hairstyle elements are prohibited.<o:p></o:p>MANNEQUIN REQUIREMENTS<o:p></o:p>• Any initial hair color is permitted. • Hair must be at least 90% natural human hair. • Mannequin must have a neck or neck and shoulders. • Makeup is permitted. • A tripod stand is required.<o:p></o:p>HAIR LENGTH<o:p></o:p>• Hair length must be shoulder length or longer. • Graduated lengths are permitted.<o:p></o:p>TOOLS AND PRODUCTS<o:p></o:p>• All professional styling tools are permitted. • Hairdryers, flat irons, curling irons, hot tools, brushes, and styling equipment may be used. • All professional styling and finishing products are permitted.<o:p></o:p>

Evening Hairstyle

• Create a fashionable modern Shag or Mullet haircut and styling. • Initial hair length must be a minimum of 10 cm in all areas. • A minimum of 2 cm must be removed during the competition. • Up to three harmonious colors may be incorporated. • All hair colors are permitted; however, natural color may not exceed 50% of the final design. • Colored sprays and neon colors are prohibited. • Decorative accessories, clips, and hairpins are prohibited. • All haircutting tools, hairdryers, brushes, combs, clips, and styling products are permitted. • Clothing, accessories, and makeup should complement the overall image without distracting from the haircut and color design. • The final look should showcase texture, movement, layering, and contemporary salon styling.<o:p></o:p>GENERAL RULES<o:p></o:p>• Hair coloring may be completed prior to the competition. • The model or mannequin must arrive with damp hair combed straight back. • No styling products may be applied before inspection. • Pre-cut guide lines or pre-shaped haircut lines are prohibited.<o:p></o:p>
