Participants must create a&nbsp;classic commercial smoky eye makeup look&nbsp;using matte black shadows as the base and blending into the skin tone through brown matte shades. The look must meet salon-quality standards and suit the model’s eye shape, face shape, and overall features.<o:p></o:p>

Smoky Eyes – Classic Commercial Makeup. Div1

Participants must create a&nbsp;colorful smoky eyes makeup&nbsp;using a minimum of&nbsp;three shades, with any&nbsp;dark color&nbsp;as the base. The look may include&nbsp;matte,&nbsp;metallic, or&nbsp;shimmery&nbsp;effects. A classic&nbsp;horizontal blending&nbsp;technique must be applied.<o:p></o:p>The artist must select a smoky eye scheme appropriate for the&nbsp;model’s eye shape, face type, and features.
